Refund policy

Due to the nature of our cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.  If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at huddyjade@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
