All Huddy Cosmetics products are made-to-order and shipped directly from our production studio in Toronto, Canada.

### PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within **2–3 business days** after payment is received.  
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

### SHIPPING REGIONS & RATES
We currently ship to **Canada, the United States, and select international countries**.

**Shipping Rates**
- Canada: Free shipping (2–6 business days)  
- United States: Free shipping on orders $50+ / $6.99 flat rate under $50 (5–8 business days)  
- International: $24.99 flat rate (10–20 business days, depending on destination)

### ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.  
Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

### WRONG ADDRESS OR LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.  
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.  
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

### CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties.  
Huddy Cosmetics is not responsible for these charges — they are the responsibility of the recipient.
